Our puddings are made by hand in very small batches, and come in two sizes - 1lb and 2lb. The smaller one feeds approx 4-5 and the larger up to approx. 8..
We use vegetarian suet, locally sourced eggs and apples, British sugar and flour. However, we have yet to find locally produced dried fruit, cherries and the necessary Christmas spices!!
All blended with a brown ale and traditional brandy, for a delicious (and essential) addition to your Christmas table.
